Our Commitment

2.1. Substance Abuse

During the performance of any service facilitated through the Liftkaro Platform, or while present at any worksite, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Using, possessing, distributing, or being under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs (including any substances under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985), or any other substance that impairs judgment, coordination, or performance.
• This applies to all individuals at a worksite, including the Partner's operator and the Customer's personnel responsible for supervision. The presence of any detectable amount of an illegal drug or alcohol in an operator's system while on duty is a critical violation.

2.2. Fraudulent Activities

Any attempt to defraud Liftkaro, its Partners, or its Customers is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Submitting fake, forged, or manipulated KYC documents, machine fitness certificates, or operator licenses.
• Intentionally misrepresenting a machine's condition, age, or capabilities.
• Tampering with or manipulating GPS, telematics data, or the OTP system to falsify work hours or location.
• Colluding to create false bookings or claims for financial gain

2.3. Willful Safety Breaches & Unsafe Operations

The safety of people and property is paramount. The following are considered willful safety breaches:

• Deliberately instructing an operator to perform an unsafe lift, excavate in an unstable area, or operate a machine in a manner that violates established safety protocols.
• Bypassing, disabling, or ignoring any safety features or warning systems on the machinery.
• Operating machinery in known hazardous conditions (e.g., near unmarked utilities, on unstable ground) without proper assessment and mitigation.

2.4. Illegal Use of Machinery

Using any rented equipment for activities that are illegal under Indian law is strictly forbidden. This includes:

• Illegal mining or excavation.
• Unauthorized construction or demolition.
• Transportation of contraband, stolen goods, or illegal materials.

2.5. Threats, Harassment, or Abuse

Any form of verbal or physical abuse, threats, intimidation, sexual harassment, or discrimination directed towards Liftkaro employees, Partners, operators, or other Customers will not be tolerated.

2.6. Unauthorized Operation

Any instance of a Customer or their personnel operating the machinery is strictly prohibited, unless it is under an explicit "dry hire" agreement where the operator's credentials have been pre-verified and approved in writing by Liftkaro and the Partner.
